Product Description

JBD DR24SA01 is a high-current Relay Smart Battery Management System (BMS) designed for medium and high-power lithium battery applications. It supports 7–24S LiFePO4 battery packs and 7–20S Li-ion (NMC) battery packs, providing intelligent battery monitoring, protection, and reliable charge/discharge control.

Unlike traditional MOSFET-based BMS solutions, the DR24SA01 adopts a built-in high-current relay control design, offering stable switching performance and enhanced reliability for applications requiring high current handling.

The BMS supports 200A and 400A continuous current versions and allows flexible parameter configuration through JBD PC software to meet different battery pack requirements.

Function Introduction:

(1)BT-APP in Phone(JBD App: https://www.jbd-bms.com/pages/download)

Support Both IOS and Android version,can monitor and change the parameters(need to be within the specified range)

(2)UART or RS485-JBD PC Tool Box(PC Tool Software: https://jbdtools.oss-cn-beijing.aliyuncs.com/packfile/JBDTools.zip)

Monitor and Set parameters,ask for service for PC Tool Software Documents and PC tool Manual.

(3)UART or RS485 LCD Display-Can monitor parameters on LCD displayer.

Attention:

(1)UART and BT is the same ports,can't be used at the same time

(2)All smart bms has BT and UART function

(3)UART/RS485 PC Tool accessories need buy separately.

A: “S” means the number of cells connected in series. For example, 8S means 8 cells in series.
Q4: What current rating should I choose?
A: The BMS current should be selected according to the battery pack load current and application. It is recommended to choose a BMS with enough current margin.
Q5: Does the BMS support communication functions?
A: Some smart BMS models support UART, RS485, CAN, Bluetooth, or WiFi communication. Hardware BMS models may not support communication.
