Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Product is defective or damaged upon arrival
- Incorrect item received

2. Non-Returnable Conditions
- Products that have been installed, used, or modified
- Damage caused by improper wiring, installation, or misuse
- Customized or special-order products

3. Return Process
To request a return, please contact our support team with:
- Order number
- Product photos or videos showing the issue

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by our error

JBD BMS products must be installed by qualified personnel. Incorrect installation or wiring may cause damage and will void warranty.
