1. Warranty Period
The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase.

2. Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal use and proper installation.

3. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:
- Incorrect wiring or improper installation
- Reverse polarity connection or short circuit
- Use outside recommended specifications (voltage, current, temperature)
- Physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized modification

4. Installation Responsibility
BMS products require correct wiring and configuration. Improper installation may cause permanent damage and will void the warranty. Installation by qualified personnel is recommended.

5. Product Selection
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct BMS model for their battery system. If unsure, please contact us before purchase.

6. Warranty Claims
To request warranty support, please provide:
- Order number
- Product model
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the problem

Our technical team will review the case and provide support, repair, or replacement if applicable.

7. Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect.
